A Support PIN (personal identification number) is a unique number that is used to verify you as the owner of the account or a user authorized to manage it. We may require this PIN for validation when you contact our team for assistance.
Your Support PIN can be found in your account.
Once logged in click on the Online Presence menu and select Website Builder.
This will open the Website Builder Pro/Free tab, from there select the Do you need help? option and a new pop-up window will be displayed with the Support PIN listed there:
Your Support PIN cannot be customized; however, you can generate a new one by clicking on the
"Reset Support PIN" button.
