The Website Builder Pro version comes with an option to use your own domain name or register a new domain name through us. In case you choose to register a new domain name with the Website Builder Pro version you can reach out to our Support Team for assistance related to your domain name
(DNS changes, NameServer Updates, WHOIS information updates, Domain Auto-Renewal, etc.).

Website Builder Free
The Website Builder Free version comes with a third-level, non-custom domain name.
The free version does not allow you to use a domain name that you already own. In order to have that option available, please upgrade to the Website Builder Pro version.
In order to make Domain Name related changes, regardless of the product plan that is activated, you will need to reach out to our Website Manager Support Team for assistance.
Please keep in mind that with the free version, you are using a third-level, non-custom domain name which is provided by us and it does not have all the domain management options as opposed to the Website Builder Pro & QuickSite Pro plan if you choose to register a new domain name.
